사원의 춤_솔라 ⓒEMK Musical -주인공 혼자서 많은 것을 짊어져야 하는 뮤지컬 ‘마타하리’ -동갑내기 이창섭 ‘아르망’과의 젊은 케미 “오랜 의문이 풀려” -끌리는 음색, 명쾌한 음정, 신선한 연기…솔라 스타일로 해석 냄비 속의 기대감이 끓어 넘쳤다. 공연을 보는 재미 중 하나는 기대의 적정선이다. “오늘은 여기까지” 식으로 마음속에 줄을 하나 죽 그어가지고선 공연장으로 간다. 그날의 공연이 기대감의 선에 딱 맞아 떨어질 때 관객들은 만족하게 된다. 반면 선의 아래에서 헤매고 있을 때는 실망과 분노가 차례로 밀려든다. 최상은 기대감의 선을 뚫고 오르는 공연이다. 활주로 바닥에서 바퀴를 뗀 항공기가 급상승하듯 횡으로 그어놓은 선을 넘어 시원하게 솟구치는 공연. 멀어져가는 비행기의 뒷모습만큼이나 관객의 마음은 아득해져버린다. 뮤지컬 마타하리는 아르망이 탄 비행기처럼 높이 날아올랐고, 마타하리의 첫 등장처럼 신선하고 신비로웠다. 이번 시즌(세 번째 시즌이다)의 마타하리는 초연 때부터 이 역을 맡은 옥주현과 함께 걸그룹 마마무의 멤버 솔라가 공동 캐스팅됐다. 솔라는 4인조 걸그룹 마마무의 리더이자 보컬을 담당하고 있다. ‘솔라’라는 예명은 ‘도레미파솔라~’의 음계에서 따왔다. 마타하리는 솔라의 뮤지컬 데뷔작이다. 데뷔작치고는 상당히 무게감이 있는 작품이요 배역이다. 뮤지컬 마타하리는 축구로 치면 원톱 포메이션과 같은 작품이기 때문이다.  옥주현도 2005년 ‘아이다’로 데뷔했지만 이 작품은 옥주현이 맡은 아이다에 버금가는 조연인 이집트 공주 암네리스가 사이드에서 공을 띄워주기에 부담을 나누어 가질 수 있다. 하지만 마타하리는 그런 거 없다. 이 뮤지컬의 당일 성패를 70%쯤 마타하리 홀로 짊어져야 하는 분위기다. 이런 배역이기에 그동안 마타하리는 국내 최고의 여배우들이 감당해 왔다. 2016년 초연 때는 옥주현과 김소향, 2017년 재연 때는 옥주현과 차지연이었다. 그리고 2022년 이번 시즌은 옥주현과 솔라. 솔라의 마타하리를 보기 위해 기대감의 선을 횡으
