[K-MUSICAL] First Visit to Musical Practice Room: Seo Pyeon-je, Cha Ji-yeon

Have you ever visited the practice room of musical actors?

Yes, I do.

It was a long time ago.
Therefore, the atmosphere in the practice room may have changed a little these days.
I think it was when the musical "Seopyeonje" premiered.
I decided to visit the practice room of Chungmu Art Center to meet director Lee Ji-na and actress Cha Ji-yeon.

It was my first time visiting the practice room.
I thought I should take something with me.
I thought about what kind of gifts the actors would like.
But I couldn't tell.
So I sent S.O.S. to the actor I knew.
He recommended two items to me.

1. Pizza
2. Cup noodles

I thought pizza was difficult.
It was hard to predict how many actors would be in the practice room.
Maybe I should buy 10 pizzas.
It was too expensive for me.
Then the only option left is cup noodles.

I went into a store near the practice room of Chungmu Art Center and bought a box of cup noodles.
There were about 20 cup noodles in the box.
I thought this was enough.

I proudly opened the practice room with a cup noodle box.
There were several actors in the practice room.
The actors were taking a break, perhaps during the break.
But I was intimidated.
No one noticed me, and the atmosphere was heavy.
No one noticed me, but I felt like everyone was staring at me.
I took off my shoes and entered the practice room carefully.

Fortunately, Izzie or Lee Ji-na welcomed me.
She received a cup noodle box, saying, "It's our favorite gift."
I was relieved that she laughed.
I was talking to director Lee Ji-na when I heard someone practicing a song.
She was practicing a very technical song.
It sounded like a guitar slide.
I noticed that she was Cha Ji-yeon.
And I found out later.
The song Cha Ji-yeon was practicing was SALDABOMYEON (Life story), the most famous song in the musical Seopyeonje.

I can still vividly remember the practice room at that time.
The atmosphere, smell, feeling, and sound.
And the ensemble actors who looked at me sideways.

After that day, I was able to visit the practice room more relaxed.
But the first experience was very unique.
Did the actors in the practice room enjoy my cup noodles?

The premiere of the musical "Seopyeonje" was very good.
I want to believe that 0.001% of my cup noodles would have been helpful.
